Daniel Nuzum is a member of the Pastoral Care team at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, Cork and has a specialist interest in spirituality in palliative care. Daniel is also a Director of Clinical Pastoral Education at Cork University Hospital. Daniel was awarded his PhD in 2016 for his research on ‘The Spiritual and professional impact of Stillbirth’ through the Pregnancy Loss Research Group at University College Cork.

Daniel teaches, practices and researches in the areas of spiritual care, communication, pregnancy loss and palliative care and spiritual care education and is an adjunct lecturer in the College of Medicine and Health, University College Cork.
