HSE Referrals in Your Area
The HSE has launched a new online tool to help users quickly find and connect with local health and social care services based on their address or Eircode.
The “Referrals in Your Area” service provides contact information for key community teams, including:
- Public Health Nursing
- Children’s Disability Network Teams (CDNTs)
- Community Specialist Teams (for older people and chronic disease)
More services, such as Mental Health and Adult Disability, will be added in future updates.
To use the service:
- Visit www.HSEAreaFinder.ie
- Enter your Eircode or address
- View your local Community Healthcare Network and available team contacts
- Reach out directly for referrals or support
This tool aims to simplify access to appropriate care, reduce delays, and support better community-based healthcare across Ireland.
